Doors will open for employer registration and set-up at 11:00am. The Expo will run from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
The parking garage adjacent to the north side of the Ohio Union is operated by CampusParc. Their number is 614-688-0000 and their website is http://www.campusparc.com/osu/. The following instructions and links provide helpful information on how to use the parking facilities.
Ohio Union South Garage
The Ohio Union South Garage is located immediately adjacent to the north side of the building with access from High Street and College Road. Upon arrival, please pull a ticket from the gate machine. You must have this white ticket to depart from the garage. A Single Exit Voucher (pink) will be distributed at the conclusion of Expo at the Employer Registration table on the 1st floor based on the number indicated at the time of online registration. You will need this and your gate ticket (total of two tickets) to exit the garage. Please note that parking on campus is limited; we cannot guarantee that space will be available.
Package Drop-off: If you will be dropping off displays and other items on the morning of the event, please drop these off through the loading dock, where a volunteer will assist with unloading and transporting to the event space. Entry to the loading dock is from the High Street entrance only and exiting onto College Road, where the parking garage can be entered. Please see the attached map for directions to the Ohio Union Loading Dock, or for any additional questions.
